Just my thought
Damn you Modblog (pumping fist in air)!
Okay, here's the deal. I used to have my blog over at Modblog. I really liked their service and it's what started this whole site/podcast/tech stuff I've been doing so I wanted to stay. But after waiting for OVER a week (the second time in 3 months by the way) for the site to come up I'm done. I mean what's the problem here? If they need funds to stay a float I can do that. I'd be happy to pay a few bucks a month or a year to help them out. I can't believe that they actually posted
"We are very, very sorry for the extended delay. Unfortunately, the person that is capable of repairing the problem was traveling over the weekend, and was unable to tend to the problem. We are now working as fast as possible to put ModBlog back online, and that should happen very soon."
What the hell? Is this being run in some guy's basement? Aren't there thousands of people, if not more, that are registered users not to mention the number of visitors to big name blogs like David Jaffe's? I love Modblog. I think the way its set up is great and I love the community feel but sweet mother of god, enough is enough.

Dutch,
If you leave any comments on a blogger account, try to NOT sign in under blogger. The link for your blog doesn't work since you host it from this site. No one will be able to find you! Sign in under "other" and then put the link in manually like you did the first time you commented on my blog.
And I couldn't agree with you more about ModBlog. I kinda get the feeling whats his face doesn't really care. He updated the server BEFORE the weekend and said that the site would be up and then he didn't tell us the problem until after the weekend. Like 2 days after the weekend. LAME!
I'm gonna miss modblog though. I love my polls and I love chatterbox. :( I'm sad. Maybe I'll use both. My last post will be a link to my blogger account, but I'll update the poll and respond to the chatterbox maybe? Who knows.
Got it, thanks for the heads up steph.
I'm blown away by how crappy the Modblog service has become. Oh well, time to move on. I will post a note on my old blog once it comes up asking people to come here.
Hello ladies! Zodiak from MB here...you know the one that rarely is up! :D
I'll stick with MB, but not as much as before, but yeah seriously though why haven't they fixed it yet? Ugh, somebody's getting coal for christmas...
